Asprin Records was a DIY label. Founded by the Manchester band Smack. It managed two single and one Re-issued on Pinnacle a few months later. Unsold Aspirin stock were put in Pinnacle sleeves. It issued singles in ASP-000 numerical series. Manufactured Lyntone Recordings Ltd. LYN-8171/2 And Distributed By Pinnacle Records. Smack was a Manchester Based band, members were Ged McNulty (vocals), John Harrison (bass, vocals), Steve Spicer (drums), Geoff Crane (guitar, vocals).
