Independent label: Base Ideas label (1981-83) run from 56 Bluebell Lane Huyton Liverpool 36 by Jamie (Ellery Bop) & Kevin. Released the 1st 3 Ellery Bop singles Distributed By Base Ideas. Ellery Bop were a 1980s indie rock band with Liverpool and Irish roots. And consists of Jamie Farrell on vocals and guitar and Mark Parry (later Thunderboots, Steppin’ Razor, Western Promise) on drums. In June 1981 the band released their first single 'Hit the Moon'.
