Braw Bits Records was a DIY label. It managed one single. It issued singles in BYT-000 numerical series. Distributed By Braw Bits Records. The Sinister Turkeys were formed in 1978 and have since grown to become East Kilbride's most popular band. Dougie McKee Their drummer left due to wrist trouble and he has since joined Those Who Dance. Colin Findlay took over on drums earlier in the year and is now a permanent member. Featured here are: 'Soldier' & 'Somethin'To Do' - two of the band's most popular live numbers. Band Members were Bass – Alan England, Drums – Dougie McKee, Guitar – Ally Hollywood, Guitar, Vocals – Campbell Innes, Vocals. Those Who Dance are one of East Kilbride's most recent bands, having been together for just four months. Their two songs 'London Zoo' & 'Time For Us To Go' were both written by the band and are typical of the group's "contemporary pop" sound.
