Cabe Independent Records was a DIY label. also spelt C.A.B.E. Independent Records. It managed one single. Presumably made for sale at gigs. It issued singles in CUBE-000 numerical series. Carl Ashington was a minor British club singer who covers Motown, R&B, and light reggae songs. He generally works the cabaret circuit in the UK. I Can't Help Myself ("Sugar Pie Honey Bunch") was originally a hit for the Four Tops in 1965. Distributed By Cabe Independent.
