Capitol$ Records was a DIY label. It managed one single. It issued singles in CLA-00 numerical series. Joe Public who were actually members of Long Tall Shorty. Pressed in a very limited editon with zero distribution, most copies were sold at gigs and given to friends. Anti CND is a storming three chord punker similar to early Clash / UK Subs. Champagne Charlie is raw basic Punk reminiscent of early Television Personalities. Great single that’s really difficult to locate. Sought by Punk, Mod and Powerpop collectors.
