Carmo Records was a DIY label. It managed one single. This is the first of two Spangs singles, released in 1980 one on the Carno label, and then quickly picked up and reissued by RCA. I am assuming that Carno was Spangs' own label, as it ceased production as soon as RCA entered the picture. Spangs released a 2nd single on RCA in 1981 which failed to make any significant impact, and then they swiftly disappeared. Guitarist Mark Strobel and keyboardist Steve Bull would go on release a handful of singles and two LP's with The Name between 1984-1989.It issued singles in CNO-000 numerical series.
