D.A.F Records was a DIY label. It managed one single. A double A side in white sleeve inserted and stapled to a wraparound single colour card sleeve. 'By the original Geordie Rapper. Released in 1980 and banned by the BBC and all major FM stations for the use of the word "buggers" in the lyrics. In spite of that, the record still achieved good commercial success... and went on to be used in film soundtracks and adverts. It remains unchallenged as the first commercially successful rap record in the world ever released by a white man. Distributed By D.A.F Records.
