Great Records was a DIY label. It managed one single. It issued singles in GREAT-00 numerical series. Bam Bam And The Calling formed in Derry in 1983. The band lineup settled around McCartney (guitar, vocals), Tom Doherty (drums), John McCloskey (guitar) and Joe Brown (bass). They moved to London where they released two singles; ‘Scraping Off The Shine‘ in 1987 and ‘Neck Tattoo’ in 1988 before calling it a day. Distributed By Pacific.
