Former Address: 39 Hereford Road London W2. Thee Hypnotics emerged from Buckinghamshire (but with their hearts firmly in Detroit) in 1988 a garage/psychedelic/hard rock band. They were part of the early alternative rock scene, releasing 2 full-length albums and an EP from 1988-1990 before taking an enforced break due to their drummer breaking his back in a car accident while they were on tour in the US.
