Independent label: A Contemporary Christian music label, based in Eastbourne. During the vinyl era the vast majority of Kingsway Music's records were albums, but it released the occasional single. Some, such as Phil & John's, 'You Wouldn't Let Me Go' (KINGSWAY-2; 1982), sound as though they are fairly standard Christian fare, KMS-900 numerical series from the 1970s was replaced by a KINGSWAY-0 one in 1982; there was also a DS-7000 series in the late '70s.
