Independent label: London's Hit Records managed two singles. The Records was released under the moniker "Five Young Cannibals" and was (jokingly) released on London'sHit Records (really Hit Records). A British garage rock label run by Mike Spenser. In 1986 one of the biggest pop bands in UK were "The Fine Young Cannibals" and were heavily exposed in the press. Mike Spenser was very annoyed at this band taking a name closely associated with his own and this release was intended to upset and annoy both "The Fine Young Cannibals" - and their label "London Records" (hence the play on the label name). It issued singles in an SNOT-0 numerical series. Distributed By Hit Records.
