M&L Records was an Independent label. It managed two singles. It issued singles in ML-0 numerical series. Nine Below Zero released their self-titled debut EP. The four track record contained "Pack Fair & Square", "Rocket 88", "Torn Down" and "Last Night". None of the tracks appeared on their debut album. On the cover it shows ML cat number and issued with A&m cat number AMS 7518. The London band started out as mod revivalists with obvious blues influence. The band turned its attention to rhythm and blues full time and are still at it. Distributed By A&M Records.
