M+M Records was a DIY label. It managed
one single. It issued singles in MM-000 numerical series. Metal Mirror
were formed in Middlesex in 1979, at the height of the New Wave Of British Heavy
Metal movement. One year later, they released one of the most legendary 7"
singles of the whole period, namely "Rock & Roll ain't never gonna leave us"
(with "English Booze" on the B-Side) on the M+M Records label. there were 1000
copies of this single pressed but at least 300 of them were accidentally
destroyed. Metal Mirror Were Bass Ian Thomson Drums, Gary Hitchens
