Mad Pig Records was a DIY label. It managed three singles. It issued singles in PORK-0 numerical series. The Meteors are an English psychobilly band formed in 1980. Originally from London, By P. Paul Fenech (guitar and vocals), Nigel Lewis (upright bass/electric bass) and vocals), and Mark Robertson (drums). The Meteors have gone through many line-up changes After another line-up reshuffle and a change of the record company, THE METEORS eventually released I'm Just A Dog on their own Mad Pig Records label to support the Stampede album. The session was recorded in spring 1984 and the single was out on 7´´ and 12´´ format , with the later featuring Hoover Rock as extra track . The single eventually peaked at number 3 of the UK Independent Chart and remained there for a astonishing four months. Distributed By Mad Pig.
