Media Wave Records was a DIY label. It managed one single. It issued singles in MW-000 numerical series. Radio City were James Sutherland (lead vocals), Robin Murray (guitar, vocals), Colin Matheson (guitar), Raymond Henderson (bass) and Tich Bremner (drums). They were from Thurso in the far North of Scotland. They released just one single "Love And A Picture" b/w "She's A Radio" (Media Wave MV-001, 1980). They pressed up 1,000 copies of the single, with hand glued the covers together, then were sold at gigs, mainly in Northern Scotland. Distributed By Radio City .
