Minstrel Records was a DIY label. It managed one single. It issued singles in MIN-200 numerical series. Distributed By Minstrel Records. Billy King the Former original Lead Guitarist with The Outlaws who backed Mike Berry, using a new name of "Billy King" instead of his real name Billy Kuy (born William John Kuy Jnr).
This was the first of 2 releases in 1982. this was released in the April of 1982. It was originally going to be a Mike Berry release & was recorded with Mike Berry vocal but Mike Berry & the producer, Miki Dallon had parted company, so Mike Berry voice was taken off & Billy King was substituted instead. The track features Chas & Dave drummer Mick Burt & the string section from Electric Light Orchestra with Louis Clark as conductor.
