Independent label: Musicfest Records was a sub-label of Chrysalis Records and Founded by Ultravox member Midge Ure. Pressed By PRS Ltd aka PolyGram Record Services Limited. Manufacturer and distributor with a vinyl pressing plant located in Chingford/Walthamstow, Greater London. The plant operated under this name from January 1980 until mid 1988 and then closed down. The company however was merged into Polygram Record Operations Ltd. Succeeded Phonodisc Ltd. Distributed By Chrysalis Records.
