RECORDS
Paragon Records was a DIY label. It
managed one single. It issued singles in PSS-0 numerical
series. Passion Spent were formed in early 1983, performing initially as a
covers band. Their first recordings were made at Steve Larkman's studio in Hedon
(Nr. Hull), before they progressed to Ken Giles' studio in Bridlington, where
they first met and worked with Colin Richardson. Most of their later recordings
were made (under the guidance and supervision of Colin Richardson) at Russell
Webster's Slaughterhouse Studios in Great Driffield. Passion Spent released
their first and only single - 45 rpm vinyl - 'Someone To Talk To' (b/w
'Wildlife') on their own Paragon record label in January 1987. Distributed By
Paragon Records.
