PEPPER
RECORDS
Pepper Records was a DIY label created for The
Garden Of Eden. It managed one single. It issued singles in
PEPS-0 numerical series. Distributed By Pepper
Records.
The Garden Of Eden were a London-based collective of DJs, singers and producers
that included Pam Hogg, Steve Jackson, Darrell Lockhart, Angela McCluskey and
Mark Tinley (Adamski's brother). They were also "Britain's first acid house
band", and the first of many dance acts to come up with a cheeky musical tribute
to the designer drug of choice during the late '80s and early '90s, the 'E'. See
also E-Zee Possee, The Shamen, etc.
