 Razor Records was an Independent label. A sub label of Razor Records Ltd. A Record / music publishing company. Incorporated 6th Jul 1982. Company director: Robin Greatrex. It managed sixteen singles. It issued singles in RZS-100 numerical series. Razor Records Former Address: 52 Red Lion Street London WC1R 4PF. Distributed By IDS. The Adicts was a Punk band formed after previous incarnations as Afterbirth & the Pinz. formed in their hometown of Ipswich back in late 1975. They scored many Indie Chart hits in the Eighties, and are unbelievably still together, and still making great music, with the same line-up – Keith ‘Monkey’ Warren, vocals; Mel Ellis, bass; Pete Dee Davison, guitar; and Michael ‘Kid Dee’ Davison, drums – to this day. Newer members are John Scruff Ellis (Mel’s brother) guitar. Splodgenessabounds was a Punk rock / Oi group that had their '15 minutes' in 1980, when they reached number 7 in the UK charts with 'Simon Templer / Two Pints Of Larger And A Packet Of Crisps Please'. The follow up a cover version of Rolf Harris's 'Two Little Boys' also made the top thirty reaching number 27. Tattooed Love Boys is a hard rock/glam metal band from London, that was formed in 1987. Red London was a Oi! Punk band from Sunderland, formed in December 1981. They were active until 2002 and reformed in 2018. Band Members were Patrick Smith - Vocals, Davey Jones - Rythm Guitar, Mickey Jones - Lead Guitar, Gaz Stoker - Bass, John Forster - Drums. David Fenton was a Rhythm Guitarist and Vocalist for the 80's Rock Group, The Vapors. After a moderately successful career, Fenton joined Legal Profession, becoming a Lawyer/Solicitor for the legal aspects of the music industry. Newtown Neurotics was a Punk Rock band from Harlow, formed in 1979. Long Tall Texans was a Psychobilly / Rockabilly band from Brighton. The Zombies are an English rock band formed in the early 1960s in St Albans and led by keyboardist and vocalist Rod Argent and vocalist Colin Blunstone. The group had a British and American hit in 1964 with "She's Not There". In the US, two further singles—"Tell Her No" in 1965 and "Time of the Season" in 1968—were also successful. Their 1968 album Odessey and Oracle was ranked number 100 on Rolling Stone's 2012 list of the 500 Greatest Albums of All Time, and number 243 on Rolling Stone's 2020 list. The Zombies were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2019. The Highliners is a British rock and roll / psychobilly band known for the hit singles “Henry The Wasp” and “The Benny Hill Boogie”, antics include dressing in pink doctor martens boots, black capes and driving a pink van with a skeleton surfing on the roof. Formed in London in 1984 by Luke Morgan and Chris Finch who met at the Central School of Art and Design. The name The Highliners came from the Mk2 Ford Consuls and Zephyrs they owned. In 1985 Luke Morgan, Chris Finch, Kev “Stretch” Feeney and drummer Tim Potter took a pink split screen VW bus to France for a 3-month tour of the Riviera.
