REAL FIRE
RECORDS
Real Fire Records was a DIY
label. It managed one single. It issued singles in RF-000
numerical series. StormQueen was a Welsh NWOBHM act. They were fairly
early on the scene - releasing their first demo, the groundbreaking “Battle of
Britain” in 1980. StormQueen continued to release their own demos: “Come Silent
the World” in 1982, followed by two more offerings in ‘82 and ‘84 respectively.
There are also Black labels made of this single, but the red labels are much
rarer as the title was wrongly typed as “Come Silent The Night” whereas it
should have been “Come Silent The World” which was corrected on the black labels
pressing, and on top of all the red label copies had bubbling on the labels, as
a result the band destroyed most copies of the red label issue no more than
10-20 copies only survive. The pressed the new black labels copies. Distributed
