Independent label: Roach Records, was a label run by the band Tractor and Accidents On East Lancs. Tractor was founded in Rochdale, Lancashire, by guitarist/basdist/vocalist Jim Milne and drummer/bassist/keyboards Steve Clayton. Accident On The East Lancs, The "East Lancs" is a large road between Liverpool and Manchester. They formed in Rochdale in 1976, when Andy Sharrocks (vocals), Dave Addison (bass), Kieran Miskella (guitar) and Pete Kenyon (drums). Both seem to have been products of Cargo studios, Rochdale. Distributed By Roach Records.
