 Romans In Britain Records was a Independent label. It managed at least twoe singles. It issued singles in HIG-0 and NERO-0 numerical series. Screen 3 was a post-punk band active from 1980–1984, the original Screen 3 line-up formed in 1980, consisting of Neil Dyer (guitar and vocals), Richard Kett (bass) and Brett Cooper (drums). Trumpet players Peter Jay and Jason Votier were added in late 1981. Founded in 1980 at the University of East Anglia in Norwich, The Higsons' first recording was on the Norwich - A Fine City compilation album. The band signed to the 2 Tone Records label, along with bands such as The Specials, The Beat and Madness. The Higsons' first single, "I Don't Want to Live with Monkeys", was released in 1981.
