Independent label: One of several bands going by
the very popular name of Warrior (the New Wave of British Heavy Metal.
Warrior hailed from Tyneside, and featured vocalist Eddy Smith, guitarists
Dave Dawson and Tony Watson, bassist Baz Smith, and drummer Rob Mills.
Formed in 1980, Warrior debut single in 1982 "Dead When It Comes
to Love" was on Neat Records. Warrior proceeded to finance a couple
of additional EPs on their own label in 1983 For Europe Only and in 1984
Breakout. Distributed By Pinnacle and Neon/Bullet Records, P.O. Box 459,
Stoke-on-Trent.
