Radio Active Records was an Independent label. It managed two singles. It issued singles in HORN-0 numerical series. Concrete Bulletproof Invisible, (CBI), was the name of one of the numerous Glen Matlock post-Pistols projects. Along with Glen, the other band members were all former members of the group Doll by Doll; vocalist Jackie Leven, guitarist Joe Shaw and drummer Dave McIntosh.
