Rampant Records was an Independent label. It managed four singles. RAM 001 was Manufactured By Ellie Jay (Productions) Ltd. – EJSP-9345. And Pressed By Lyntone Recordings Ltd. – LYN 7836 / LYN 7837. It issued singles in RAM-000 numerical series. Distributed By Rampant Records. Embryo had some rapid name (and style) changes including Jump Squad, and The Untouchables, before settling on Embryo. Later the core members of Peter Ley, Phillip Ley & Steve Brewer became Guitar Gangsters, who are still going today. Members were Bass Guitar – Phillip Ley, Drums – Steve Brewer, Guitar, Backing Vocals – Peter Ley, Vocals – Simon Hart. Guitar Gangsters Formed 1989, London. Band Members were Pete Ley (vocals, guitar), Phil Ley (bass), Steve Brewer (drums).
