Runaway Records was an Independent record label
active from 1981 to 1983. Distributed By Spartan and PRT Records. Gigi
Garner Real Name: Greta Scott Garner an American actress, singer and songwriter,
born January 4, 1958 in Santa Monica, California, USA. She is the daughter of
James Garner. The Faraway Stars was formed in 1980. Band Members were Fran
Ashcroft (vocals, guitar), Mick Pearl (drums), Pete Giles (keyboards), Rose
Saddler (bass, 1980-?), Michelle Nieddu (bass, vocals). Billy J. Kramer Real
Name: William Howard Ashton. (born 19 August 1943), known professionally as
Billy J. Kramer, is an English pop singer. With The Dakotas, Kramer was managed
by Brian Epstein during the 1960s and scored hits with several Lennon–McCartney
compositions never recorded by the Beatles, among them the UK number one "Bad to
Me" (1963). Kramer and the Dakotas had a further UK chart-topper in 1964 with
"Little Children" and achieved U.S. success as part of the British Invasion.
Since the end of the beat boom, Kramer has continued to record and perform. His
autobiography, Do You Want to Know a Secret, was published in 2016. Les Gray
Real Name: Thomas Leslie Gray (Born 9 April 1946 – Died 21 February 2004) was an
English musician best known for his work with glam rock pop band Mud. Gray was
also known for his distinctive vocal impersonation of Elvis Presley, as well as
being a lifelong supporter of the Dirty Leeds United. In 1992, Gray moved with
his wife Carol to live in the Algarve region of Portugal. He died on 21 February
2004, of a heart attack, whilst fighting throat cancer.
